Ariel has always had a deep love for the agile world of finance and banking. However, she has discovered her true calling in yoga, where she empowers those around her to embark on a journey of self-discovery and connect with their better selves.

As a scientifically minded professional who specialises in working with data, consumer behaviours and market trends, Ariel is drawn to the profound philosophy of yoga and the richness of ancient cultural teachings, including traditional Chinese medicine. Ariel's teaching style is centred on empowering individuals in their self-discovery journey.

Originally, Ariel began her yoga journey as a means of physical exercise. Over the years, she unearthed the myriad psychological health and wellness benefits of yoga. Ariel's pragmatic approach to teaching focuses on facilitating the union of body movement and mental connection.

- Nearly eight years of practical experience with over 250 hours of yoga teacher training.
- Ariel has dedicated over 200 hours to studying behavioural science, neuroscience, traditional Chinese medicine, and mental health through accredited institutions in Australia and Hong Kong SAR.
