Why did I start Pilates?
I have been playing sport, dancing and doing yoga for years and then I found Pilates which helps me to start my mind-body connection journey
What's my favorite exercise?
I love all, I cannot choose but anything posture related
Why did I become a trainer?
because I see and feel how Pilates help and transform me. I want to be a part of it and help others with their unique Pilates journey

Learn Bachata and Salsa.
