Aerial Flow Basic

Our Aerial Flow Basic class is the perfect entry point for those looking to explore aerial stretches and postures, including safe inversions without compression on spine. We suggest immersing yourself in multiple sessions of our foundational Basic classes to build a strong foundation before venturing into the more advanced Basic+ levels.

Aerial Flow Basic+

Aerial Basic+ is specially designed for participants who have completed several of our Basic classes. This class takes your aerial hammock skills to the next level, refining and expanding upon the core aerial poses, including inversions without compression on spine. In Aerial Basic+, you can expect to engage in additional conditioning, aerial exercises, and begin to explore the graceful flow of movements.
If you’re new to our studio or have recently joined us, we recommend starting with our foundational Basic (Beginner) classes before considering Aerial Basic+. Before making the transition from Basic to Basic+, we encourage you to consult with your instructor to ensure you’re fully prepared to embrace this exciting next step in your aerial journey.

Aerial Flow Intermediate

Tailored for participants at the intermediate level who have actively participated in a range of Basic+ and open-level sessions, this aerial class is designed for individuals who have honed their skills in foundational poses and aerial maneuvers, including inversions without compression on spine.
Proficiency in core and grip strength is a must. In this class, we delve into more advanced asanas, dynamic vinyasa sequences, and intricate techniques that involve expert grips, wraps, and holds on the aerial hammock. Before attending, we recommend consulting with your instructor to ensure you’re fully prepared for the transition from Basic+ to the Intermediate class.

Kids Aerial

Explore our delightful class designed for youngsters aged 7 to 17. This engaging session not only keeps your child physically active but also offers a captivating experience that contributes to their growth and progress.

Aerial Vinyasa Flow - Low Hammocks (open level)

This is primarily a mat yoga class enhanced by the use of aerial hammocks to deepen stretches and provide support. As the class progresses, the hammocks are integrated to offer additional support, allowing for deeper stretches and facilitating poses that might be challenging on the mat alone.
